🚫 Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We’re a small business, and while we’d love to offer the kind of no-questions-asked, free returns you might get from big-box stores or Amazon, we simply don’t have that kind of luxury.

We want you to feel confident about your purchase, so please take a moment to carefully measure your boat and review the product details to make sure it’s exactly what you need. We’re always happy to answer questions before you buy!

That said, we do not accept returns unless the item is pre-approved as a warranty replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping
To return your product, mail your product to: HD Innovations, 19719 Burlington Rd, STE 325, Union Grove, WI 53182

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
